1. Acceptance of terms
By renting a Rapid power bank, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Rental & billing
Rentals are billed per hour from scan-out until verified return at any hub. The minimum charge is one hour. Placeholder rate: $1.50/hour — subject to change.
3. Security hold & deposits
A refundable security hold is authorized at scan-out. The hold covers loss or severe damage. Minor wear is not charged to the renter.
4. Returns
Power banks may be returned at any partner hub. Billing ends upon verified return. Units not returned within 72 hours may be charged a replacement fee.
5. Loss & damage
Lost or severely damaged units are charged at a replacement fee (placeholder: $40.00). Report issues promptly through the Contact page.
6. Liability
Rapid is not liable for device charging incompatibility or data loss. Use the hardware as intended and follow safety guidance.
7. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
